"I have experienced dramatic improvements in my health since I have been seeing the staff at Natural Health Technologies (NHT). After various tests, they recommended that I take certain nutritional supplements and modify my diet by reducing and/or eliminating refined products including sugar and caffeine.

My highly stressful job as an attorney caused me to experience a great deal of fatigue throughout the day, which I attempted to counter through increased caffeine consumption. Tests confirmed that my adrenals were exhausted as a result of the constant fight or flight hormones that were released as a result of working under constant deadlines.

Before I went to NHT I had microscopic traces of blood in my urine the medical doctors were only able to rule out any life-threatening causes through various tests. These tests still could not confirm the reason for the microscopic traces of blood in my urine. After metabolic testing and taking supplements designed to normalize the pH in my blood, the microscopic traces were no longer detectable.

A four-hour glucose tolerance test indicated hypoglycemia, which provided me additional motivation to change my diet to help regulate my blood sugar levels. One beneficial side effect of this diet modification is that I have lost 15 pounds without what I consider traditional dieting because I eat when I am hungry.
